Ryan did a great job helping me throughout my suit searching/buying process. Made an appointment online, was taken on time, and the customer service was great. This was my first suit so had basically zero knowledge. Ryan was very professional and helpful. He was basically able to guess my correct size just from looking at me. He listened to everything I was looking for and never tried to push the premium materials/prices on me which I really appreciated. The suit I ended up selecting just needed some minor alterations in the arm length, leg length, and seat of the trousers. The turnaround time for alterations is fast. Got me email saying suit is ready within 24hrs. I’d recommend making an appointment to try on the suit after the alterations have been made to verify everything is good. After my first round of alterations the suit still needed some minor adjustments. Ryan was quick to spot the areas of concern which needed further alterations (correcting left sleeve length and taking in the seat of trousers a little more). I wasn’t charged for the second round of alterations, and it was ready for pickup within 24hrs again. Tried everything on after pickup and all fits just right. Ryan at Suit Supply made the process very smooth, and in the end I got exactly I was looking for.

First and foremost, you want to ask for Tyler on arrival. We were in town from Dallas for a wedding the following day. Seriously, we needed a fitted tux in a 24 hour turn around time. Like, that’s just not a normal request LOL. But given the circumstances, Tyler still made it work. He is truly gifted at what he does, explains things clearly and is beyond helpful. He also makes great recommendations and is very knowledgeable. If I lived here - we would 100% be seeing him again.

Ryan was excellent. He knew his stuff and did a great job educating us on the various features and customizations of building my first custom made suits. He took the time to ensure the suits were designed for what I need and he was very personable and made the experience enjoyable and easy. I would highly recommend Ryan and Suit Supply and will definitely be back.

Ryan did a wonderful job of getting me into a suit and a sport coat that worked well for my goals and that I feel really good about. Suit Supply overall is well priced for the quality and the options you get, in my experience. Ryan went so far as to lay out styling options with various shirts as well as a pair of pants that matched with both the sport coat as well as the suit jacket. As a result I walked away with about 6 unique looks. I even needed a "James Bond" look for a Christmas party theme and they had the perfect turtle neck that really nails this... it is also an excellent standalone piece I can dress down for snappy casual winter events. Overall, if you want to get into a great suit that will hold up and get compliments... for less then a grand, Suit Supply is the way to go.
